Summary Sunovia Energy Technologies, Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, EvoLucia, Inc. and Sunovia Solar, Inc., is engaged in the business of providing energy-efficient and sustainable energy solutions by implementing technology in three areas: light emitting diode (LED) lighting, solar energy and infrared. Its product offerings include a Cobra Head light in different wattages (Type II distribution, or 2-lane light) launched in July 2009; a Fairview Bell-shaped light (installed in the Fairview, TX installation), and a Post Top product. In development are various Type III and Type IV Cobra Heads for installations (including four lane Highways and Parking Lots). LED lights are energy-efficient lighting source. The Company’s LED lighting subsidiary, EvoLucia, Inc. sells its products to market segments, including governmental entities (municipalities and military installations) and private businesses.
